Wayne Bastrup
Writer/Producer
Wayne has written a variety of short films, feature films, and stage plays. "Rat City Blues" is the fifth feature film he has written and the first he has produced. The script was a finalist is several screenwriting competitions, including the International Screenwriting Awards and the Pacific Northwest Writers Association literary awards. His writing has also occurred in several Architectural publications including “Building One Home – Strawbale Construction” as well as newsletters in both the fields of entertainment and architecture. He has also been a contributor to weekly music publications.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Wayne has spent the past seven years in front of the camera appearing in an extensive variety of film and television productions. He has appeared in a diverse array of festival recognized independent films and a host of regional and national television advertising campaigns. His resume includes over twenty feature films and thirty film shorts and vignettes as well as a creative contributor to several feature documentary films, most notably "Building One Home", narrated by Robert Redford.

He is educated in both drama and Architecture, receiving two degrees in the latter from the University of Washington (M. Arch 2002). His writing, acting, and background as a project manager for several well-known architectural design firms, has gained him extensive experience in the art and business of film production.

Elizabeth Heile
Business Consultant
Elizabeth Heile has 12 years of experience in communications and strategic services for hospitals and other nonprofit and corporate entities. Prior to founding Philanthropy Communications Group, Elizabeth provided marketing, strategy and operational advice to non-profit groups through her consultancy Foundation Advisory Services. She has managed production, consulting and customer service functions within divisions of national financial services consulting companies. Elizabeth earned a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Rice University and an M.B.A. with a marketing and finance focus, from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. Her feature projects include "I Am Irreversible", "Shaniko", "The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle", "True Adolescents", and "Zoo".

Christofer Hahn
Consulting Producer
Christofer Hahn is a filmmaker and entrepreneur. He brings his experience with finance and internet business start-ups. Having launched and managed retail expansion of companies with sales in excess of $25 million per year.

A graduate of the Hollywood Film Institute he has had the pleasure of working closely with director David Lynch his sound editor John Neff and Pierre Edelman executive producer of Mulholland Dr.

Melissa Hill
Assistant Producer
Melissa has over 14 years of business experience in a variety of industries. Mrs. Hill brings to the production her 14+ years experience in Investor Relations, Sales, Marketing and Contract negotiation. She has been successful in creating and implementing business plans for new and existing businesses. She has successfully implemented and created her own Real Estate office in Oregon. Melissa has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer in Real Estate for the last 4 years.

Melissa has exclusively studied film for the last 2 years in various accredited film production programs. She has participated in Movie Trailers and feature films, most notably "Sister Act" staring Whoopi Goldberg, and is actively involved with the talent companies "Extra's Only" in Portland, Oregon and "Foreground Background" in Seattle, Washington.

Denise Gibbs

Denise Gibbs has been writing, producing and directing theater since 1984. In early 2007 she made the jump from theater to film and television production and has successfully produced and coordinated over two dozen projects in her first year alone. She manages her own company, Foreground Background. Prior to her involvement in the Film Industry, she became the Managing Editor of a local newspaper, while moonlighting as a journalist for the European Weekly.
