The struggle to maintain his identity is a fight Jonas has all but given up on. The idealistic dreams that may have propelled him to succeed in his recent past have become a casualty of his every day routine. He is cynical, bitter, and unhappy – all which is mostly understood through his body language and casual responses of uninterest. His best friend Mike's antics annoy him, yet, at the same time inspire him, though he would never admit to it. Jonas embodies the struggle that many late 20 something's face: the tension between the growing responsibility of adulthood vs. the spontaneous, optimistic outlook of a youth that is slowly slipping away. Jonas maintains a boyish appearance despite the fact that he is in his late 20's. He is an attractive young man, slight in his build, with a clean haircut. He's stylish, yet conservative in his choice of clothing, however, oddly enough, he looks awkward in both his work attire and his day-to-day clothing: a physical metaphor to what Jonas' is struggling with internally.

Off-the-cuff and fly-by-the-seat-of-his pants are two accurate ways to describe Mike. He'll say anything and do anything to make a point – even if it's just to grab attention. Mike's youthful exuberance and often times childish behavior provides a window into a personality that has shunned societies conventions: his actions are what most his age only think about doing, which ultimately leads to problems “down the road”. His outward abrasiveness and self-chosen physical quirkiness conceals a young man who is deeply loyal and caring to the people that mean the most to him. Mike's independent attitude is reflected in his outward appearance. Think “Indy Rocker” meets “Bike Messenger”. His tattered clothing, often inscribed with local punk bands logo's, chain dangling from his pants, and wrist bracelets are only the finishing touches – his defining feature is a well kept Mohawk. Tattoos and piercings are a possibility, but may give him a harder edge than what his bombastic, jovial personality reveals.
Anna McBride
A mid-western girl at her deepest core, Anna isn't afraid to make the first move. Shy up-front, but will speak her mind and her heart to those who chose to cross-her or dare to reach for her soul. Inquisitive and worldly, her early life experiences as a child raised in a tumultuous family and eventually a young woman abandoned by both parents, she is cautious yet undaunted by what life continues to throw her. This sense of abandonment is deeply engrained in Anna's sub consciousness. She outwardly shows a sense of emotional fearlessness that covers a deeply emotionally wounded young woman. Anna is a natural beauty. Simple, yet elegant, her work-a-day attire and appearance is hardly enough to place her in the crowd: she catches your eye no matter what she wears. Her demeanor is playful, yet reserved, as if she could step away from her restaurant uniform and into a stunning evening gown without evening stopping to fix her hair or put on make-up.
